Invest in Yourself

As a business owner, you define your schedule, your goals, and your future.

You Are Not Alone

We provide the proven processes, tools, software, products and support.

We Are a Franchise

We give our franchisees the tools to market, sell, and deliver award-winning leadership development and management training programs.

Franchising is not an industry but rather a way to do business. Usually, there are two parties:

THE FRANCHISOR provides intellectual property, products, and processes.

THE FRANCHISEE licenses the right to use the franchisor’s name, brand, and processes to distribute the franchisor’s products or services in exchange for an initial fee plus ongoing royalty.

Franchise Structure: Franchisees typically serve both as salespeople and facilitators, signing up clients and subsequently leading the coursework. As franchisee’s scale, many will hire sales representatives or facilitators, while the franchisee maintains a close relationship with the CEO.

Area Representative: Besides the unit agreement (referred to as “franchisee” typically), Crestcom Area Representatives recruit franchisees on behalf of Crestcom in a defined territory and provide support to the individual franchisees within the same area.

Our discovery process is among the most transparent in the industry. We train you in our marketing, sales, and facilitation processes before you signing the franchise agreement.

We do this to ensure we are partnering with top talent to represent our brand and so that you have all the information you need to make an informed business decision.

1. Get to Know Each Other

We will arrange a quick call with you to discuss your level of interest in owning a Crestcom Franchise, territory availability, initial qualifications, and our process. We will answer any preliminary questions you may have.

2. Business Model Review – Live Webinar

In this unique online presentation hosted by the Crestcom Franchise Development Director, you will better understand our franchise value proposition and have the opportunity to ask questions of your knowledgeable facilitator.

3. Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)

Assuming there is a mutual interest in continuing to move forward, you will receive and read the Crestcom Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

4. FDD Review and Q&A

We will review any questions you may have about the FDD, the financial investment, and your territory. At the end of the call, we will prepare you for telephone calls with existing Crestcom franchisees and set a tentative date for your Candidate Training at our Headquarters in Denver, Colorado.

5. Talk with Existing Franchisees

We will provide you with the contact information for all of our franchisees and encourage you to reach out to as many as you wish.

6. Candidate Training at Headquarters in Colorado

Franchise Candidate Training

Your Crestcom business ownership journey begins in earnest during our franchise candidate initial training. During this time, you will become familiarized with our system and methodologies—so you understand our marketing, selling, and facilitating processes—and meet our corporate support staff. We are the only franchise that trains you before signing an agreement. We want to make sure that you fully understand our process and are informed before making a decision

Getting Started- What to Expect

You will then launch your business while being supported through coaching calls and full operational support towards closing your first sale within 90 days.

Sales

During the first three months, the operations and coaching staff will guide you in mastering our sales process. We believe that success comes from the internalization of these steps, which gives you confidence when presenting them.

FAQs

How much does a Franchise cost?

The Initial Franchise Fee for an executive license is typically $44,500, but may vary by country and type of franchise purchased. For US/Canada, the Initial Franchise Fee for an executive license is $44,500. *Note: These figures only include the initial Franchise Fee and do not represent the estimated total investment.

How much is the Initial Training Fee?

The Initial Training Fee is $25,000. This fee covers training in sales, marketing, and operations as well as group and one-on-one coaching sessions.

Do I need to rent an office?

Most Crestcom franchisees work from a home-based office to minimize costs. This business has very little overhead and virtually no inventory.

What is Crestcom's target market?

While many large companies use Crestcom training, the company's primary target market is small to medium-sized organizations. Companies with ten or more employees are considered Crestcom prospects.

How can I learn more about owning a Crestcom Franchise?

Complete the Request for Franchise Information form. A Crestcom representative will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Are Crestcom materials available in multiple languages?

Crestcom materials are available in numerous language versions, including English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Arabic, Portuguese, Thai, Vietnamese, and many others.

Do I have to be a trainer or an HR specialist?

Most of our franchisees have a business background rather than one in training. Our programs feature the work of subject matter experts who have dedicated their lives to books and programs which align with our core competencies. With Crestcom, you are more of a facilitator of learning than a teacher. Our facilitation training and guides help prepare you for each session.

Can I train in multiple locations?

Through Crestcom's Multiple Area Sales (MAS) program, organizations can enroll their personnel in Crestcom training in any location worldwide. The MAS program benefits the franchisees because it allows them an opportunity to generate revenue from sales made or training provided, by other franchisees, in markets that may be thousands of miles away.

Does Crestcom training work?

Absolutely! Every training module ends with an action plan to ensure each participant takes ideas from the workshop and incorporates them back at their company. Our participant learning portal helps track action plans and results. Supervisors also have access to review the progress of their associates.

How do I decide if I would like to purchase a Crestcom Franchise?

Crestcom allows potential franchisees to participate in the company's 2-Day Franchise Candidate Training program before either Crestcom or the candidate makes a final decision. This training program allows both parties to learn about each other before entering into a business agreement.

Is the training conducted in-house for one company?

It can be. However, the most successful delivery is a public workshop, with managers from different companies sitting together at small tables sharing their ideas and experiences.

What do I get if I purchase a Franchise?

Crestcom franchisees receive an initial supply of Crestcom training and marketing materials, a mentor/business coach, and comprehensive ongoing training and support (See We've Got Your Covered sections of the web site).

How can I learn more about owning a Crestcom Franchise to see if it is a good fit for me?
