Crestcom training is provided in two ways, “in-house” and “public.” Crestcom typically provides “in-house” training for organizations that enroll 30 or more participants. “In-house” training is typically provided at the company’s office. “Public” training is generally conducted in a prominent hotel. Crestcom Licensees are taught how to do trade-outs with hotels. Public sessions are attended by participants from multiple companies, who can benefit from exchanging ideas with peers who face similar management-related issues. Companies participating in public programs typically enroll, on average, 4-5 participants, each. |
