Bullet Proof® Manager training is designed to enhance the management and leadership skills of executives, managers and supervisors. The training was developed through information gleaned from surveys of thousands of executives in dozens of countries. Crestcom training includes a set of core competencies that managers need in every country and every organization. Each Bullet Proof® Manager training session concentrates on 2 different managerial skills per month, for 12 months. Each monthly session lasts approximately four hours. At the end of 12 months, participating managers will have taken part in 48 hours of classroom activity. The training begins with a video presentation featuring one of Crestcom’s renowned Video Faculty Members, who is a leading authority on the first of two skills. The video is followed by 90 minutes of practical exercises that demonstrate how the skill can be applied to the workplace. This is followed by a second half-hour video presentation featuring another Video Faculty Member who presents on the second skill. The presentation is followed by another 90 minutes of practical application and exercises. The monthly sessions involve situational exercises, case studies and group and individual activities designed to only to ensure the participants’ grasp of the material, but their ability to apply the concepts in the workplace. During training, participants have the opportunity to exchange ideas with managers from other organizations, who come from different backgrounds and who have different experiences. What they all have in common is that they manage, supervise and lead people. A recent Crestcom survey showed that 99.1 percent of Bullet Proof® Manager training participants indicated that the program met or exceeded their expectations. |
