Bullet Proof Office Professional

Through a combination of video and live facilitated workshop instruction, Bullet Proof® Office Professional participants enhance their personal executive skills while simultaneously learning how to incorporate the same training within their administrative staff.

The training begins with a 30-minute video featuring a leading authority on the skill being taught. The balance of each session, or about 90 minutes, is spent practicing drilling and role-playing the skill taught. The remaining two topics follow the same format.
