Crestcom Franchise
Training Structure

Crestcom training is provided in two ways, “in-house” and “public.” Crestcom typically provides “in-house” training for organizations that enroll 30 or more participants. “In-house” training is typically provided at the company’s office.

“Public” training is generally conducted in a prominent hotel. Crestcom Licensees are taught how to do trade-outs with hotels.

Public sessions are attended by participants from multiple companies, who can benefit from exchanging ideas with peers who face similar management-related issues. Companies participating in public programs typically enroll, on average, 4-5 participants, each.

Testimonial

“Because of Crestcom, my work/life balance is way better than it used to be. My wife lives the ‘corporate life.’ One reason that she can take full benefits out of her career is the fact that I am flexible time-wise. I can do all kinds of necessary things to keep the household running (picking up the kids, doing some of the shopping, etc.). That way, there is a nice balance in our family. We do not have the stress that you normally find in families where both parents have full corporate careers.”
