Initial Training Program

Crestcom Franchisees receive eight days of Initial Training prior to starting their business. Crestcom is unique in that it allows potential Franchisees to participate in this Initial Training Program before deciding whether to acquire a Franchise.

Crestcom’s Franchisee Training provides potential Franchisees an opportunity to learn whether Crestcom is the right business for them. Similarly, it provides Crestcom with an opportunity to evaluate whether the candidate has the skills and ability to successfully operate a Crestcom business.

 
International Meeting and Training Seminars

Crestcom conducts an International Meeting where attendees not only enhance their business skills, but they also experience the camaraderie that comes from being apart of a supportive, international organization. Crestcom also conducts periodic regional training seminars, for Franchisees located in regions such as:

  • North/South America
  • Europe
  • Asia/Pacific
  • Middle East/Africa

Start-Up Support

In addition to the Initial  and Ongoing Training provided by the company, Crestcom Franchisees receive a “Fast Start Kit,” which contains an initial inventory of marketing materials, a detailed Procedures Manual and numerous Franchisee training DVDs which relate to various phases of the Crestcom business process. This manual covers proper operating procedures and marketing techniques as well as suggestions for accounting and reporting systems to be used in the Franchisee’s business.

 
Peer Mentoring Program

New Franchisees have an opportunity to select a “mentor” and benefit from the experience, support and encouragement of someone who has already established a Crestcom business.

 
Support Manager

A Crestcom Franchisee Support Manager is available to assist Franchisees who have questions or need assistance.

 
Internet Support

Franchisees have access to a Franchisee Support Web Site that includes a variety of sales, training and support tools.

 
International Referral List

This list features names and contact information of thousands of Crestcom clients worldwide. It can help new Franchisees identify potential clients.

 
Monthly Facilitation Tips

Crestcom provides instructional DVDs and a monthly on-line “webinar” instruction on how to conduct Crestcom monthly training sessions.

 
Company Newsletter

Franchisees receive business ideas and sales and training tips, in addition to business ideas, through a company newsletter distributed weekly.

 
Company Contests/Trips

Crestcom sponsors various contests and incentives. Outstanding achievers qualify for special recognition, including an opportunity to accompany other high performers and Crestcom management on corporate retreats.
