Crestcom Franchisees receive eight days of Initial Training prior to starting their business. Crestcom is unique in that it allows potential Franchisees to participate in this Initial Training Program before deciding whether to acquire a Franchise. Crestcom’s Franchisee Training provides potential Franchisees an opportunity to learn whether Crestcom is the right business for them. Similarly, it provides Crestcom with an opportunity to evaluate whether the candidate has the skills and ability to successfully operate a Crestcom business. |

In addition to the Initial and Ongoing Training provided by the company, Crestcom Franchisees receive a “Fast Start Kit,” which contains an initial inventory of marketing materials, a detailed Procedures Manual and numerous Franchisee training DVDs which relate to various phases of the Crestcom business process. This manual covers proper operating procedures and marketing techniques as well as suggestions for accounting and reporting systems to be used in the Franchisee’s business. |
